In our restaurant, tender meat and sweet fat grown in the great outdoors,
You will be able to taste Misaki beef, which has an elegant aroma and deep flavor.
In this issue, we would like to introduce the various parts of Misaki beef that you can enjoy at our restaurant.
For yakiniku, there are the standard ribs and loin, as well as red meat that allows you to taste the true flavor of the meat,
You can enjoy a wide variety of cuts of meat, including ichibo, which is tender and has a powerful flavor.
Chateaubriand" is a rare part of the meat, of which only a few are taken from a single cow.
A luxurious part of the meat that is so tender that it can be cut with chopsticks and has an elegant aroma.
We also recommend the famous "freshly seared liver," which can be tasted only because it is fresh.
