In particular, Misaki beef directly shipped from Misaki Ranch is a gem that is carefully raised in the nature of Ishigaki Island. We offer both Yakiniku and Shabu-Shabu courses. For yakiniku, we offer a wide variety of cuts of beef such as ribs and loin of Misaki beef. For shabu-shabu, we use sweet-ripened island pork from Kagasu Farm in Itoman City. Enjoy the unique Okinawan flavor with homemade soup stock made from white onion. In addition, we also recommend a wide variety of dishes that make the most of traditional Okinawan ingredients. Dishes such as "Seared Black Wagyu Beef Sushi," "Sea Grapes," and "Salted Island Rakyo" are popular not only among locals but also tourists.
