The year is quickly coming to an end, but how is everyone doing?

In the coming season when nabe (hot pot) is delicious, our restaurant serves it in shabu-shabu.

■Special shabu-shabu is served with plenty of green onions.

Shabu-shabu" is a must-try when visiting Okinawaen.
We use "sweet-ripe island pork" for our shabu-shabu meat.
Sweet-ripened island pork from Itoman, Okinawa Prefecture, has a stronger flavor and sweetness, and is ideal for eating as shabu-shabu with less acridity.
To eat that sweet-ripe island pork shabu-shabu, first add the desired amount of green onion to the broth and wait 5 seconds.
Then shabu-shabu the sweet-ripe island pork until it turns light pink before wrapping it with green onions and transferring it to a bowl.
Then pour the broth over the top and you have delicious shabu-shabu meat!
The key is to avoid boiling the broth and not overcooking the sweet-ripe island pork.

The "Shabu Shabu Course" is a course meal featuring our signature sweet-ripened island pork shabu shabu shabu for the main course.
The course also includes seared wagyu beef nigiri with raw sea weed and a choice of Okinawa soba or zosui to finish for 5,500 yen per person (tax included).
If you would like to enjoy alcoholic beverages with your meal, you can add a 2-hour all-you-can-drink option for an additional 2,200 yen (tax included).
