At our restaurant on Kokusai-dori and Naha, we recommend our charcoal-grilled yakiniku with carefully selected Misaki beef from Ishigaki Island and Agu pork from Okinawa Prefecture. We offer a wide variety of meat including lean meat, ribs, and hormone, as well as chateaubriand and fillet, also known as the "queen of meats" for their tenderness and elegant aroma, which can be cut with chopsticks. In addition to meat, we also offer rice, noodles, soups, and other menu items that are indispensable at yakiniku restaurants. The dynamic charcoal-grilled yakiniku is perfect for a welcome and farewell party.
Shabu-shabu using our specialty sweet-ripened island pork is also recommended for a welcome and send-off party. The high quality of the meat is characterized by its soft and juicy finish, with the fat turning into a delicious flavor. Thinly sliced meat is shabu-shabu, which enhances the flavor of the deep-flavored broth and ingredients.
